Crafted in small batches from a blend of grain and malt whiskeys, it is finished in ex-rum casks, a distinctive choice that brings a contemporary, slightly exotic twist to the traditionally smooth Irish style. Bottled at higher strength with no chill filtration, it emphasizes flavour, texture, and character.

In the glass, it shows a bright amber-gold colour. The nose is inviting and expressive, with aromas of vanilla, caramel, and honey, layered with dried fruit, toasted oak, and a subtle tropical note from the rum cask influence. On the palate, it is smooth and rounded, with a light to medium body; flavours of toffee, spice, banana, and gentle oak unfold into a soft, warming finish with lingering sweetness and a touch of spice.
