Politika dostave / Delivery policy

Dostavuvršimo unutar opština Bar, Budva, Cetinje, Herceg Novi, Kotor, Podgorica, Tivat i Ulcinj. Dostave na druge lokacije razmatraće se od slučaja do slučaja.  U slučajevima gdje dostava nije dostupna, možda će biti moguće da se organizuje preuzimanje na pogodnom mjestu.  

Zadržavamo pravo da odbijemo dostavu na adresu ili lokaciju koja je nedostupna našem vozaču (našim vozačima), ili za koje smatramo da su sumnjive ili nebezbjedne.     

Svi kupci biće kontaktirani prije dostave da bi se potvrdilo vrijeme dostave.  Odgovornost je klijenta ili predstavnika klijenta (starosti 18 ili više godina) je da bude na dostavljenoj adresi kako bi primio dostavu. Nepojavljivanje na dostavljenoj adresu u toku vremena isporuke može za rezultat imati otkazivanje porudžbine i primjenu troškova isporuke za porvrćaj ili naknadu isporuku. 

Sve isporuke se moraju platiti unaprijed ili u vrijeme isporuke. 

We deliver within the municipalities of Bar, Budva, Cetinje, Herceg Novi, Kotor, Podgorica, Tivat and Ulcinj.  Delivery to other locations will be considered on a case by case basis.  Where delivery is not available, it may be possible to arrange for collection at a convenient site.  

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any address or location that is inaccessible to our driver(s) or which we deem to be suspect or unsafe.     

All buyers will be contacted in advance of delivery to confirm a delivery time.  It is the responsibility of the customer or the customer's representative (18 years of age or older) to be at the address provided in order to receive the delivery. Failure to be present at the address provided during the delivery window may result in the cancellation of the order and the application of a delivery charge for any return or subsequent delivery. 

All deliveries must be paid in advance or at the time of delivery.
