Kako prodajemo samo vina u besprekornom stanju, naša prodaja je konačna, mada se ostavlja mogućnost razmatranja određenih vanrednih situacija.

Ako je vino "corked" (osjeća se na pampur), flaša će se, shodno našoj prodajnog garanciji, zamijeniti u što skorijem roku i besplatno.  Ako se flaša ne može zamijeniti, na primjer iz razloga što je to vino rasprodato, puni iznos se knjiži u vašu korist za sljedeću kupovinu.

U malo vjerovatnom slučaju da isporučimo pogrešnu flašu ili berbu, molimo da nas o tome obavijestite elektronskom poštom, a mi ćemo isporuku ispraviti u što kraćem roku i besplatno.

As we only sell mint-condition wines, all sales are final.  However, there are certain contingencies to consider.

If a wine is found to be "corked" as per our Sales Guarantee, then the bottle will be replaced at the earliest opportunity, free of charge.  If the bottle cannot be replaced, for example if it is sold out, then you will be credited the full amount towards your next purchase.

In the unlikely event that we deliver the wrong bottle or vintage, plate inform us via email and we will correct the delivery at the earliest opportunity, free of charge.
