Teeling Single Pot Still je savremena interpretacija najtradicionalnijeg irskog stila viskija, koju proizvodi porodica Teeling—jedan od ključnih pokretača obnove destilerstva u Dublinu, sa tradicijom koja datira još od 1782. godine. Destilovan u prvoj novoj destileriji u Dublinu nakon više od 125 godina, koristi klasičnu kombinaciju sladnog i nesladnog ječma, dok odležavanje u novim hrastovim, ex-bourbon i ex-sherry bačvama odražava inovativni pristup kuće Teeling prema aromi i teksturi.

Teeling Single Pot Still is a modern expression of Ireland’s most traditional whiskey style, produced by the Teeling family—one of the key forces behind the revival of Dublin distilling, with roots dating back to 1782. Distilled in the first new distillery in Dublin in over 125 years, it uses a classic mash bill of malted and unmalted barley, while its maturation in virgin oak, ex-bourbon, and ex-sherry casks reflects Teeling’s innovative approach to flavour and texture.

In the glass, it shows a bright golden colour. The nose is rich and expressive, with aromas of honey, spice, and orchard fruit, layered with notes of vanilla, toasted wood, and subtle dried fruit. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with a creamy texture and lively spice; flavours of apple, pear, clove, and gentle oak unfold into a long, warming finish with a balance of sweetness and peppery complexity.
