San Servolo IPA predstavlja klasičniju, hmeljno izraženu interpretaciju India Pale Ale stila, spajajući bogate voćne i citrusne arome sa čvršćom gorčinom i sladnom strukturom tradicionalno karakterističnom za IPA piva. Proizvedeno u Istri, u čaši je jantarno-zlatne boje sa postojanom bijelom pjenom, uz arome grejpfruta i citrusa koje prate tropsko voće, bor i diskretne note karamelnog slada.

Na nepcu se sočni citrusi i tropsko voće oslanjaju na zaokruženu sladnu osnovu, prije nego što u završnici do izražaja dolazi čista i izraženija hmeljna gorčina. Srednjeg tijela, aromatično i osvježavajuće, pruža više strukture i gorčine od mekšeg, modernog Hazy IPA stila, ali ostaje lijepo uravnoteženo i izuzetno pitko. Odličan izbor za ljubitelje IPA piva, posebno uz burgere, meso sa roštilja, začinjena jela, pizzu i odležale sireve.

San Servolo IPA is a classic, hop-forward interpretation of India Pale Ale, combining expressive fruit and citrus aromas with the firmer bitterness and malt structure traditionally associated with the style. Brewed in Istria, it pours an amber-golden colour with a persistent white head, opening with aromas of grapefruit and citrus alongside tropical fruit, pine and subtle caramel malt.

On the palate, juicy citrus and tropical fruit are supported by a rounded malt backbone before a clean, assertive hop bitterness takes over on the finish. Medium-bodied, aromatic and refreshing, it offers more structure and bitterness than the softer modern Hazy IPA style while remaining balanced and highly drinkable. A great choice for IPA lovers, and particularly good alongside burgers, grilled meats, spicy dishes, pizza and mature cheeses.
