Saint-Roch “Les Vignes” izrađen je u svježem i pitkom stilu koji odražava opušteni, sunčani karakter juga Francuske, uz jasno izraženu provansalsku inspiraciju. Oznaka non-vintage je namjerna: vino je pretežno iz berbe 2025 uz dodatak dijela 2024, čime se postiže veća dubina i kompleksnost, kao i ujednačeniji stil iz godine u godinu—pristup češći u Champagne nego kod mirnih vina, i zanimljivo je zašto ga više proizvođača ne koristi.

Vrlo svijetla, nježna ružičasta boja sa blistavim odsjajem. Na nosu divlja jagoda, breskva, citrus i diskretne cvjetne note u klasičnom Côtes-de-Provence stilu. Na nepcu svježe i svilenkasto, sa živom kisjelinom i čistom, suvom, blago slanom završnicom—idealno uz ribu i morske plodove, salate, grilovano povrće i lagana mediteranska jela.

Saint-Roch “Les Vignes” is crafted in a fresh, easy-drinking style that reflects the relaxed, sun-filled character of southern France, with a distinctly Provençal inspiration. Its non-vintage approach is deliberate: primarily 2025 with a touch of 2024, blended to add depth and complexity while ensuring a more consistent house style from year to year—a practice more common in Champagne than still wines, and one that raises an interesting question as to why more producers do not adopt it.

Very pale pink colour with luminous reflections. Aromas of wild strawberry, peach, citrus, and delicate floral notes in a classic Côtes-de-Provence style. Fresh and silky on the palate, with bright acidity and a clean, dry, lightly saline finish—ideal with seafood, salads, grilled vegetables, and light Mediterranean dishes.
