Na nepcu srednjeg do punog tijela, sa zaobljenom i glatkom teksturom uz svježu kisjelinu, završavajući dugo i harmonično, sa mineralnom svježinom, blagim začinima i elegantnom postojanošću.

Saint-Aubin has long been considered one of Burgundy’s best-value villages, lying just behind the famous slopes of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. In recent years, it has gained increasing recognition for producing wines of real precision and character. In the warm and generous 2019 vintage, Joseph Drouhin’s Premier Cru shows a slightly richer and more expressive profile while retaining the freshness and mineral tension that define the appellation.

Bright golden colour with luminous reflections. Aromas of ripe apple, pear, and citrus, layered with notes of white flowers, hazelnut, butter, and subtle oak. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, with a rounded, supple texture balanced by fresh acidity, leading to a long, harmonious finish marked by mineral freshness, gentle spice, and elegant persistence.
