Kellerberg jedna je od najpoznatijih padina s vinogradom u Austriji, a zasadi imanja Domaine Wachau daju karakteristično odlični, dimni i koncentrovani rizling s velikim potencijalom odležavanja.  Vino nudi vrlo aromatične arome sočnog koštunjičavog voća, kao što je kajsija, uz dašak vinogradarske breskve, kao i klasične arome Peyrola koje su više od 10 godina u flaši.  Dobro rashlađeno, slaže se uz šparglu sa šunkom ili uz grilovanu ribu. Dobro je i sa azijskim jelima koja se inače teško uparuju, kao što su ona sa soja sosem, đumbirom i bijelim lukom.

Kellerberg is one of Austria's most famous vineyard slopes, and Domäne Wachau’s plantings yield characteristically cool, smoky and concentrated Riesling with great aging potential.  The wine offers very aromatic, juicy stone fruit aromas, such as apricot and a touch of vineyard peach as well as the classic peyrol aromas from over 10 years in bottle.  Well chilled, the wine goes well with asparagus with ham or with fish from the grill. The wine also goes well with hard-to-pair spicy Asian dishes, such as those with soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
