“Kabinett” je najniži nivo skale slatkoće u njemačkom klasifikacionom sistemu.  Grožđe za ovo vino se bere poptuno zrelo, ali ne i prezrelo ili u kasnoj berbi, što znači da je vino off-dry (ili blago slatkasto), a nudi i zreliju, bogatiju teksturu sa jakim, prigušeim tonovima svježe breskve. Ovo je rafinirani Riesling sa cvjetnim aromama u nosu koje sadrže mnogo mednih i pomorandžinih nota postojanih do samog završnog ukusa. Svježe i voćno sa dovoljno kiselosti da slatko voće održava živahnim. Ukusno piće, savršeno za pikantnju hranu i jela sa karijem. 

“Kabinett” is the lowest level of the sweetness scale in the German classification system.  The grapes for this wine have been picked fully ripe, but not over-ripe or late harvest... meaning that this wine is off-dry (or slightly sweet).  It also offers a riper, richer texture with a strong, fresh peach undertone. This is a refined Riesling with a floral nose that contains a whole lot of honey and orange notes that persist well into the finish. Fresh and juicy with just enough acidity to keep the sweet fruit lively. Delicious sipping and perfect for spicier foods and dishes containing curry.
