In the glass, it shows a pale golden colour with brilliant reflections. The nose is complex and lifted, with aromas of citrus zest, white peach, and pear, layered with notes of white flowers, hazelnut, and subtle toast. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with a silky yet structured texture and vibrant acidity; flavours of lemon, orchard fruit, and delicate oak are underpinned by a pronounced mineral backbone, leading to a long, precise finish with exceptional finesse and persistence.
