Volimo prirodnu finoću i eleganciju ovog posebnog vina, i da sazrijeva djelimično u čeličnim a djelimično u hrastovim buradima (od kojih nijedno nije novo), sa ciljem da sačuva svoju svježinu i arome. Na kraju cijenimo to da svi Drouhinovi vinogradi imaju certifikat organske proizvodnje. Degustacione zabilješke: Zlatne boje, sa zelenimm odsjajem, a među floralnim i voćnim aromama dominiraju arome badema i zrelog grožđa. Na nepcima je osvježavajuće prijatno, eterično u svojoj lakoći, a ima dugotrajan i osvježavajući zaostali ukus. Uparite ga sa morskim plodovima uključujući školjke i supe, kao i sa bijelim mesom i laganim mesnim narescima.
This is undoubtedly one of the most delicious – and best value – wines from Burgundy. We love the natural finesse and elegance of this particular wine, and that it is aged partly in steel and partly in oak barrels (none of which are new) so as to preserve its natural freshness and aromas. Finally, we appreciate that all of Drouhin’s vineyards are certified organic. Tasting note: The colour is golden, with some green reflections. Among the floral and fruity aromas, almond and ripe grapes dominate. On the palate, the wine is refreshingly pleasant, ethereal in its lightness and has a long and refreshing aftertaste. Pair it with seafood, including shellfish and soups, as well as with white meats and light charcuterie.
