U tipičnom Jermannovom stilu, dio grožđa se ostavlja na čokotu za kasniju berbu, čine vino postaje bogatije i punijeg tijela.  Rezultat je prelijepo čisti, elegantni, cvjetni Pinot Grigio. Buke je pun i voćan, sa daškom badema i vanile, sa nagovještajem voća i začina na nepcima.  Sve u svemu, glatko i suvo bijelo vino punog tijela, izuzetno harmonično i pristupačno. Može se upariti sa ribljim čorbama, grilovanim morskim plodovima, živinskim i laganim mesom, ali je divno i sa crnim rižotom (lignje ili crnilo od sipe).

In typical Jermann style, a portion of the grapes are left on the vine for a later harvest, imparting added richness and body to the wine.  The result is a beautifully pure, elegant, floral Pinot Grigio. The bouquet is full and fruity wih a touch of almonds and vanilla. A hint of fruit and spice on the palate.  All in all, a smooth and dry full-bodied white that is particularly harmonious and accessible.  It can be paired with fish soups, grilled seafood, poultry and light meats, and is also wonderful with black (squid or cuttlefish ink) risotto.
