It has a pale golden hue and an inviting nose of caramel, vanilla, orange peel, honeyed pastry, and butterscotch, intertwined with gentle herbal spice and a soft floral lift. The palate is creamy and silky, almost custard-like, delivering flavours of caramel flan, ripe pear, apricot, apple, and graham cracker, accented by subtle baking spices such as cinnamon and clove, along with hints of toasted grain and vanilla frosting.
