    Muffato della Sala je plemenito slatko vino kuće Marchesi Antinori, proizvedeno na imanju Castello della Sala samo u berbama kada uslovi dozvoljavaju razvoj plemenite plijesni (botrytisa). Nastaje u vrlo ograničenim količinama od kupaže Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon i Grechetto, pružajući izuzetnu ravnotežu između slatkoće, svježine i aromatske kompleksnosti.

    U čaši se pokazuje sjajna, intenzivna zlatno-žuta boja. Na nosu je nježno i elegantno, sa aromama zrele kajsije, breskve i mednog voća, uz slojeve cvjetnih nota, citrusa i diskretnog slanog tona. Na nepcu je bogato, ali savršeno izbalansirano, sa živom kisjelinom koja nosi slatkoću; ukusi koštičavog voća, kandiranih citrusa i blagih začina vode ka dugoj, postojanoj završnici, čineći ga idealnim uz deserte, posebno panna cottu.

    Muffato della Sala is the noble sweet wine of Marchesi Antinori, produced at Castello della Sala only in vintages where conditions allow for the development of botrytis. Made in very limited quantities from a blend of Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Grechetto, it represents a refined balance between sweetness, freshness, and aromatic complexity.

    In the glass, it shows a luminous, intense golden-yellow colour. The nose is delicate and elegant, with aromas of ripe apricot, peach, and honeyed fruit, harmoniously layered with floral notes, citrus, and a subtle saline touch. On the palate, it is rich yet beautifully balanced, with vibrant acidity lifting the sweetness; flavours of stone fruit, candied citrus, and gentle spice lead to a long, persistent finish, making it an excellent pairing with desserts, particularly panna cotta.
