Od svog nastanka 1974. godine, Cristal Rosé predstavlja najčišći izraz izuzetnog šampanjca sa jedinstvenom energijom, zavodljivim prisustvom i velikom finoćom. U ovoj berbi iz 2014. godine, kupaža se sastoji od 55% Pinot Noira i 45% Chardonnayja, isključivo iz Grand Cru vinograda.
Boja je ružičasta sa blagim bakarnim nijansama i dinamičnim balončićima koji formiraju postojanu pjenicu. Buket je čist, precizan i blistav. Intenzivne arome Pinot Noira donose čisto, zrelo i koncentrisano voće: živahne crvene bobice (crvena ribizla, divina malina, crna ribizla) i liker od maline. Zatim slijede slatki začini i dimljene note sa blagim reduktivnim karakterom (dim, začini) koje dolaze od Pinot Noira i njegovih nota šumskog podrasta.
Na nepcu je vino koncentrisano i široko, sa crvenim voćem (jagode, maline) koje je sabijeno u čvrstu, gustu teksturu, izraženu u dvije faze koje odražavaju ekstremne uslove godine: u početku tekstura je svilenkasta i zaobljena (završna zrelost), a zatim slijedi snažna i intenzivna svježina (hladno ljeto). Osjeća se koncentracija i vrtlog ukusa koji se nježno i postepeno oslobađaju poput slanih balončića na nepcu. Slani, jodirani utisak se spaja sa dimljenim notama i svježom kiselinom stvarajući umami efekat i beskrajno aromatičan završetak.

Since its creation in 1974, Cristal Rosé has offered the purest expression of a very fine Champagne with an unique energy, a captivating presence and great finesse. In this 2014 vintage the blend is 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay, only from Grand Cru.
Pink in hue with slightly coppery tints and dynamic bubbles forming a lingering bead. The bouquet is pure, precise and dazzling. The intense Pinot Noir aromas offer pure, ripe and concentrated fruit: zesty red berries (red currants, wild raspberries, blackcurrants) and raspberry liqueur. Then come sweet spice and smoky notes with a hint of reduction (smoky, spicy) from the Pinot noir with its notes of undergrowth.
Concentrated and broad on the palate, where the red fruit (strawberries, raspberries) is concentrated into a firm, dense texture that reveals itself in two stages that reflect the year's extremes: Initially the texture is silky and broad on entry (the final ripeness) and then followed by a firm and intense freshness (the cool summer). We have a sensation of concentration, of a whirlwind of flavours that burst delicately and gradually like salt bubbles on the palate. The saline, iodine impression combines with the smoky notes and acidity to create umami and an infinitely flavoursome finish.
