Napad na nepcu je raskošan — istovremeno intenzivan i nevjerovatno lagan; koncentrisana voćna mješavina na podlozi od kredaste svježine i čvrstih, ali dobro integrisanih tanina koji pojačavaju preciznost i privlačnost vina. Cijeli utisak je vrlo harmoničan, savršeno usklađen i ostavlja dojam prirodne punoće, koja je ujedno profinjena i duboka.

Since its creation in 1974, Cristal Rosé has offered the purest expression of a very fine Champagne with an unique energy, a captivating presence and great finesse. In this 2006 vintage the blend is 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, only from Grand Cru.
2006 was a very warm year, characterised by contrasting rainfall conditions. After an unusually cool and rainy August, September’s warm, dry weather accelerated fruit maturation and produced distinctive, rich, and complex grapes.
The wine has a salmon pink hue with bright golden tints and a persistent stream of fine bubbles. A summery bouquet of fresh fruit, with the right balance of sweetness and acidity (red currants and vine peach). The Pinot Noir’s concentration and maturity adds distinctive notes of ‘fruit liqueur’ (raspberry) and aromas of roasted almonds and gingerbread. The attack is voluptuous—it is both intense and amazingly light; a concentrated blend of fruit based on chalky freshness and firm, but well-integrated tannins that strengthen the wine’s precision and appeal. The ensemble is very harmonious, beautifully integrated, and gives an impression of natural fullness, which is both refined and profound.
