Proizveden u sjevernoj meksičkoj državi Chihuahua, La Higuera Cedrosanum predstavlja sotol, tradicionalno piće napravljeno od divlje biljke Dasylirion cedrosanum (poznate kao desert spoon). Destilovan u malim serijama korišćenjem tradicionalnih metoda, otkriva sirovu ljepotu i divlji karakter ovog jedinstvenog spirita.

Na nosu se otvara svježim, biljnim intenzitetom — note eukaliptusa, bora i divljeg bilja prožimaju se sa koricom citrusa i bijelim biberom. Na nepcu je suv, elegantan i zemljan, sa ukusima zelene masline, pečene agave, blage slatkoće i suptilnog dima. Prepoznatljiva mineralnost pruža strukturu i svježinu.

Završetak je dug i čist, sa utiscima svježeg bilja, paprene začinjenosti i dodira pustinjske zemlje. Izuzetno složen i aromatičan sotol, savršen za pijuckanje, otkrivanje uz mezcal ili za avanturističke koktele.

 

Produced in the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua, La Higuera Cedrosanum showcases sotol, the traditional spirit made from the wild Dasylirion cedrosanum (desert spoon) plant. Distilled in small batches using traditional methods, it highlights the raw beauty and wild character of this unique spirit.

On the nose, it opens with a fresh, herbal intensity — notes of eucalyptus, pine, and wild herbs mingle with hints of citrus zest and white pepper. The palate is dry, elegant, and earthy, marked by flavours of green olive, roasted agave-like sweetness, and a subtle smokiness. A distinct minerality runs through the mid-palate, giving lift and structure.

The finish is long and clean, leaving impressions of fresh herbs, peppery spice, and a touch of desert earth. A strikingly complex and aromatic sotol, perfect for sipping neat, discovering alongside mezcal, or for adventurous cocktails.
