Crafted in the historic city of Kyoto, KI NO BI—meaning "The Beauty of the Seasons"—is one of Japan's most acclaimed artisanal gins and a benchmark for the country's flourishing craft spirits movement. Produced by The Kyoto Distillery, it is distilled using a selection of traditional botanicals, including Japanese citrus, bamboo leaves, gyokuro tea, ginger and the highly prized Sansho pepper. Rather than distilling all botanicals together, each flavour group is distilled separately before being expertly blended, resulting in a gin of remarkable precision, elegance and complexity.

The nose is exceptionally fresh and refined, opening with vibrant aromas of yuzu, lemon and delicate floral notes, followed by hints of green tea, juniper and subtle spice. On the palate, it is silky, beautifully balanced and wonderfully expressive, with layers of citrus, aromatic herbs, gentle sweetness and a distinctive touch of Sansho pepper that adds both freshness and complexity.
