“Corne Bautray” je single-vineyard cuvée kuće Jacquesson, sa male Premier Cru parcele u Dizyju, zasađene isključivo sortom Chardonnay na kredastim zemljištima. Ovaj terroir daje vinima izraženu napetost i mineralnost, a uz dugo odležavanje na talogu i vrlo nizak dozaz, cuvée odražava preciznu, terroir vođenu filozofiju kuće.

U čaši se pokazuje svijetla zlatna boja sa finim, postojanim perlanjem. Na nosu je intenzivno i mineralno, sa aromama citrusne kore, zelene jabuke i bijele breskve, uz slojeve bijelog cvijeća, brioša, tostiranog badema i izražene kredaste note. Na nepcu je zategnuto i fokusirano, sa živom kisjelinom i finom teksturom; ukusi limuna, voća i peciva prate snažnu mineralnu strukturu, vodeći ka dugoj, slanoj i izuzetno preciznoj završnici sa velikom elegancijom.

“Corne Bautray” is a single-vineyard cuvée from Jacquesson, sourced from a small Premier Cru parcel in Dizy, planted entirely to Chardonnay on chalk-rich soils. This site produces wines of remarkable tension and minerality, and with extended ageing on lees and very low dosage, the cuvée reflects the house’s precise, terroir-driven philosophy.

In the glass, it shows a pale golden colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is intense and mineral-driven, with aromas of citrus zest, green apple, and white peach, layered with notes of white flowers, brioche, toasted almond, and a pronounced chalky character. On the palate, it is taut and focused, with vibrant acidity and a finely textured mousse; flavours of lemon, orchard fruit, and pastry are underpinned by strong minerality, leading to a long, saline, and highly precise finish with exceptional elegance.
