Jacquesson Cuvée 748 dio je “700” serije kuće Jacquesson, gdje svako izdanje odražava karakter jedne osnovne berbe—u ovom slučaju 2020—umjesto unaprijed definisanog kućnog stila. Na nepcu je živahno i precizno, sa izraženom kisjelinom i zategnutom mineralnom strukturom; ukusi limuna, voća i peciva vode ka dugoj, čistoj završnici sa blagim slanim nijansama i elegantnom postojanošću.

Jacquesson Cuvée 748 is part of the house’s “700” series, each release reflecting the character of a single base vintage—here 2020—rather than a fixed house style. Produced with very low dosage and a blend typically led by Chardonnay alongside Pinot Noir and Meunier, it embodies Jacquesson’s terroir-driven philosophy, combining precision, energy, and depth.

In the glass, it shows a pale golden colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is fresh and expressive, with aromas of citrus, green apple, and pear, complemented by notes of white flowers, brioche, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is vibrant and finely structured, with lively acidity and a taut, mineral backbone; flavours of lemon, orchard fruit, and pastry lead to a long, precise finish with saline nuances and elegant persistence.
