Jacquesson Cuvée 747 dio je “700” serije kuće Jacquesson, gdje svako izdanje odražava karakter određene berbe—u ovom slučaju 2019—umjesto unaprijed definisanog kućnog stila. U čaši se pokazuje svijetla zlatna boja sa finim, postojanim perlanjem. Na nosu je elegantno i slojevito, sa aromama citrusa, zelene jabuke i bijelog voća, uz note brioša, svježeg hljeba i blagih začina. Na nepcu je srednjeg do punog tijela, sa kremastom, ali zategnutom teksturom i živom kisjelinom; ukusi limuna, grejpa i voća prate izraženu kredasto-mineralnu strukturu, vodeći ka dugoj, preciznoj i blago slanoj završnici sa odličnim balansom i energijom.

Jacquesson Cuvée 747 is part of the house’s “700” series, where each release reflects a specific base vintage—in this case 2019—rather than a fixed house style. Produced with very low dosage and a blend often dominated by Pinot Noir and Meunier (due to vintage conditions), it expresses a precise, terroir-driven philosophy, combining depth with freshness and notable mineral tension. 

In the glass, it shows a pale golden colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is elegant and complex, with aromas of citrus, green apple, and white fruit, layered with notes of brioche, fresh bread, and subtle spice. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with a creamy yet taut texture and vibrant acidity; flavours of lemon, grapefruit, and orchard fruit are supported by chalky minerality, leading to a long, precise, and saline finish with excellent balance and energy.
