U čaši se pokazuje duboka zlatna boja sa jantarnim nijansama i finim, postojanim perlanjem. Na nosu je izuzetno kompleksno, sa aromama zrelih citrusa, voća i sušenog voća, uz slojeve brioša, tostiranih badema, meda i diskretnih dimnih tonova. Na nepcu je široko i teksturalno, ali istovremeno precizno, sa živom kisjelinom koja balansira bogatstvo; ukusi limuna, kruške i peciva prate izraženu kredasto-mineralnu strukturu, vodeći ka dugoj, slanoj i izuzetno elegantnoj završnici.

Jacquesson Cuvée 743 Dégorgement Tardif is a late-disgorged expression from Champagne Jacquesson, based on the 2015 vintage and complemented by reserve wines from earlier cuvées. Aged extensively on lees—often close to 8 years—before disgorgement, it represents a more complex, mature, and gastronomic interpretation of the house’s terroir-driven philosophy, with very low dosage and a strong emphasis on precision and minerality.

In the glass, it shows a deep golden colour with amber reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is highly complex, with aromas of ripe citrus, orchard fruit, and dried fruits, layered with notes of brioche, toasted almond, honey, and subtle smoky nuances. On the palate, it is broad and textured yet remarkably precise, with vibrant acidity balancing its richness; flavours of lemon, pear, pastry, and chalky minerality lead to a long, saline, and deeply refined finish with exceptional persistence.
