    Insajderski Super-Toskanac, Guado al Tasso iz istoimenog imanja porodice Antinori u Bolgheriju, ostaje ne samo jedno od najboljih vina regije, već i jedno od najvrednijih kada je riječ o odnosu cijene i kvaliteta. Indikativna kupaža obuhvata 60% Cabernet Sauvignona, 20% Cabernet Franca i 20% Merlota.

    Berba iz 2016. godine donosi vino intenzivne rubin crvene boje. Miris izražava privlačne note voća i slatkih začina: šljiva, džema od borovnica, kože, korijena sladića, kao i balzamičnih tonova poput nane, koji dodaju svježinu i kompleksnost.  Na nepcu je vino dugo i dinamično, praćeno podatnim i elegantnim taninima i, ponovo, balzamičnim nijansama. Kada je riječ o vrhunskim berbama, 2016. se izdvaja kao jedna od najelegantnijih za ovo vino.

    The insider’s Super-Tuscan, Antinoti’s Guado al Tasso — from their eponymous estate in Bolgheri — remains not only one of the best wines but best values in the region. The indicative blend is 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc and 20% Merlot.  

    The 2016 Guado al Tasso shows an intense ruby red colour. The nose expresses pleasurable notes of fruit and sweet spices: plums, blueberry jam, leather, liquorices root, and such balsamic sensations as mint, which add freshness and complexity. The palate is long and dynamic, accompanied by supple and elegant tannins and, once again, balsamic notes. As top vintages go, the 2016 is one of exceptional elegance for this wine.
