Grappa Tignanello se dobija destilovanjem komine grožđa sorti Cabernet i Sangiovese ubranih u vinogradu Tignanello. Fermentisano grožđe se prebacuje u distileriju odmah nakon pražnjenja posuda za fermentaciju, a potom presuje. Ova procedura garantuje da je destilacija izvršena koristeći samo najbolje kožice bogate alkoholom i posebno aromatičnim supstancama.  Ovo grappa visokog kvaliteta koju proizvodi Antinori je vrlo dobro izbalansirana i, za žestoko piće sa 42% alkohola, iznenađujuće lako za piće. 

Grappa Tignanello is obtained by distilling the pomace of Cabernet and Sangiovese grapes harvested in the Tignanello vineyard.  The fermented grapes are transferred to the distillery immediately after emptying the fermenting vats and then pressed. This procedure guarantees that distillation is carried out using only the best quality skins, rich in alcohol and especially in aromatic substances.  This is a high quality grappa from Antinori, very well balance and is surprisingly easy drinking for a 42% spirit.
