Grappa di Barolo, Gaja
Grappa di Barolo koju proizvodi Gaja isključivo je od komine grožđa sorte Nebbiolo, a zatim sazrijeva u barik buradima od bagremovine, smrjekovine, hrastovine i bukovine. Nudi lijepu boju meda kao i zavodljive mirise toplog i odležalog drveta, a mogu se otkriti i arome suvog grožđa i sušenog bilja. Vrlo je harmonična: na nepcima se divno kombinuju slatke i gorke note i stvaraju stvarno jedinstveni završni ukus.
Gaja’s Grappa di Barolo is exclusively produced from Nebbiolo grape pomace and then matures for one year in barriques made from acacia, juniper, oak and birch. It offers a beautiful, honey-yellow colour as well as a seductive nose of warm and aged wood. The aroma of raisins and dried herbs can also be detected. It is very harmonious: sweet and bitter notes combine wonderfully on the pallet and create a truly unique finish.
