Gewürztraminer proizvodi Vinarija Deurić na južnim padinama Fruške Gore, gdje zemljišta sa krečnjačkim uticajem naglašavaju aromatsku izražajnost uz očuvanu svježinu. Nakon ručne berbe, grožđe prolazi kratku hladnu maceraciju i kontrolisanu fermentaciju u inoxu, čime se čuva čist i prepoznatljiv sortni karakter.

U čaši se pokazuje svijetla zlatno-žuta boja. Na nosu je intenzivno aromatično, sa notama cvijeta zove, ružinih latica i meda, uz nijanse ličija i tropskog voća. Na nepcu je srednjeg tijela, sa uravnoteženom kisjelinom i blago zaokruženom teksturom; cvjetne i egzotične arome prate se kroz elegantnu završnicu sa blagim začinskim tonom. Odlično se slaže uz azijsku kuhinju, lagano začinjena jela, patku, foie gras i aromatične sireve, a vrlo je prijatno i kao aperitiv.

Gewürztraminer is produced by Vinarija Deurić on the southern slopes of Fruška Gora, where limestone-influenced soils enhance aromatic intensity while preserving freshness. After hand harvesting, the grapes undergo a short cold maceration and controlled fermentation in stainless steel, allowing the variety’s distinctive character to remain pure and expressive.

In the glass, it shows a bright golden-yellow colour. The nose is intensely aromatic, with notes of elderflower, rose petal, and honey, complemented by hints of lychee and tropical fruit. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with balanced acidity and a gently rounded texture; the floral and exotic fruit notes carry through to a smooth, elegant finish with a touch of spice. It pairs beautifully with Asian cuisine, lightly spiced dishes, duck, foie gras, and aromatic cheeses, and also works well as an aperitif.
