Inspired by the rich flavours of pistachio baklava, this Double Imperial Stout brings together the intensity of dark roasted malt with layers of pistachio, toasted nuts and sweet pastry. Deep, almost opaque black in colour, it opens with generous aromas of roasted malt, dark chocolate and pistachio, accompanied by notes reminiscent of toasted pastry, caramel and warm baking spices.

Dense, full-bodied and luxuriously smooth, the palate combines rich chocolate and roasted coffee flavours with creamy pistachio, nuts and a dessert-like sweetness, balanced by the natural bitterness of the dark malt.
