Šri Lanka je Dogmina aromatična interpretacija klasičnog lagera, koja spaja čisto, osvježavajuće pivo sa egzotičnim slojem pažljivo odabranih začina. Zlatne boje sa finom bijelom pjenom, otvara svježe arome slada i žitarica, uz mirisne citrusne, biljne i blago začinske note koje mu daju prepoznatljiv karakter bez potiskivanja njegove osnovne svježine.

Na nepcu je svježe i živahno, sa laganom sladnom osnovom koju prate aromatični začini i diskretni citrusi, dok umjerena hmeljna gorčina održava čistoću i ravnotežu. Osvježavajuće i izuzetno pitko, ali znatno zanimljivije od klasičnog lagera, Šri Lanka je odličan izbor za one koji žele da probaju nešto drugačije, bez prelaska u intenzivnije i gorče IPA stilove. Posebno se dobro slaže sa azijskom kuhinjom, curry jelima, piletinom sa roštilja, morskim plodovima i začinjenom hranom.

Šri Lanka is Dogma Brewery’s aromatic take on the classic lager, combining a clean, refreshing beer with an exotic layer of carefully selected spices. Golden in colour with a fine white head, it opens with fresh malt and grain aromas accompanied by fragrant citrus, herbal and gently spicy notes that give the beer a distinctive character without overwhelming its underlying freshness.

Crisp and lively on the palate, the light malt backbone is complemented by aromatic spice and subtle citrus, while restrained hop bitterness keeps everything clean and balanced. Refreshing and highly drinkable, yet considerably more interesting than a conventional lager, Šri Lanka is an excellent choice for anyone looking to explore something different without moving into the more bitter world of IPA. Particularly good with Asian cuisine, curries, grilled chicken, seafood and spicy dishes.
