Plavi curacao Josepha Cartrona napravljen je od eteričnih ulja slatke narandže Para iz Brazila i Floride, odabranih sa najboljih voćarskih farmi. U preradi ovih eteričnih ulja zadržava se samo jezgra kore, dok se gorka bijela ljuska pedantno odbacuje.

Ovaj alkoholni napitak narandže dobijen od ovih eteričnih ulja spojen je sa malim dodatkom ruže. Ekskluzivni karakter ovog recepta daje lagani i kiselkasti ukus voća i onaj meki i diskretan karakter ruže. Bogatstvo boja će dati dubinu i intenzitet najboljim koktelima.

Joseph Cartron’s Blue Curacao is made from the essential oils of the sweet orange Para variety from Brazil and Florida, all selected from the best fruit farms.  Only the core of the peel is kept in the processing of these essential oils, while the bitter white skins are meticulously discarded.

The orange spirit obtained from these essential oils is assembled with a touch of absolute rose. It is the exclusive character of this recipe that gives this all the light and tart flavor of the fruit and thate soft and discreet character of rose. The richness of the colour will give depth and intensity to the best cocktails.
