Made from the last berries to ripen each summer, Joseph Cartron insists on using only wild blackberries that, contrary to the cultivated varietals, are the only ones with real aromatic power.  Pure and syrupy on the palate, with dense fruit aromas and flavours, this is very balanced with good persistence.

This blackberry liqueur is ideal for cocktails but also delicious straight on ice.  This bottle can last for several months after opening, provided that it is stored in a cool place away from light and heat.
