There is a lot of aromatic freshness on the nose, and a lot of purity … like biting into fresh berries.  On the palate the texture is round and concentrated, with very good length.  On the finish it remains elegant, with no sweetness, and with fruit at the forefront. 

This is delicious straight or on ice, and is perfect for the making of many cocktails.  It also adds a gourmet touch to cooking and desserts.
