Idealan za koktele, ali i ukusan sam sa ledom. Crne ribizle koje koristi Cartron su najplemenitija sorta – Noir de Bourgogne – koja se uzgaja na padinama Burgundy Grands Crus oko Nuits-St-Georges. Plodovi se beru rano u ljeto kada su u punoj zrelosti.

Na nosu je čisto i svježe, vrlo aromatično i izražajno. Na nepcu je ugodan, obilan i okrugao sa dobrim balansom između šećera i kiselosti voća. Finiš je svjež i čist, izuzetne dužine.

Ova boca može trajati nekoliko mjeseci nakon otvaranja, pod uslovom da se čuva na hladnom mjestu daleko od svjetlosti i topline.

 

Ideal for cocktails but also delicious straight on ice.  The blackcurrants used by Cartron are the most noble varietal – the Noir de Bourgogne – grown on the slopes of the Burgundy Grands Crus around Nuits-St-Georges.  The fruits are harvested early in summer when at full maturity. 

On the nose this is pure and fresh, very aromatic and expressive.  On the palate it is suave, ample and round with good balance between the sugar and acidity of the fruit.  The finish is fresh and pure, with exceptional length.

This bottle can last for several months after opening, provided that it is stored in a cool place away from light and heat.
