Château de Nalys uživa izuzetnu poziciju u srcu apelacije, naspram sela Châteauneuf-du-Pape i njegove čuvene Papske palate. Proizvedeno od grožđa sa tri izuzetna terroira („La Crau“, „Bois Sénéchal“ i „Nalys“), vino je kupaža u kojoj dominiraju Grenache (2/3) i Syrah (1/4). Sorte Muscardin i po malo Cinsaulta, Mourvèdrea, Vaccarèsea i Terret Noira doprinose dodatnoj složenosti. Odležava u velikim drvenim bačvama i betonskim posudama, a rezultat je elegantno i izražajno vino sa zavodljivim aromama svježeg voća i slatkih začina. Crveno vino Saintes Pierres de Nalys predstavlja prelijepu interpretaciju Châteauneuf-du-Papea, sa velikodušnim i zaokruženim taninima. Njegova suptilna ravnoteža i aromatska čistoća omogućavaju da se u njemu uživa već kao mlado vino – spoj bogatstva, svježine i dugog završetka.
Idealno je uz razne suhomesnate proizvode, crveno meso sa roštilja ili kuvano u sosu (npr. jagnjeći paprikaš ili pečenje), kao i uz tanjir zrelih sireva.

Château de Nalys enjoys an exceptional position in the heart of the appellation opposite the village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and its famous Papal Palace. This is one of the oldest properties of the appellation, referenced in the land register already at the end of the 16th Century. The famous 13 grape varieties of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation are carefully cultivated here. The estate was acquired in 2017 by the Guigal family, who are clearly passionate about making the wines in this flagship domain in the South. That passion, combined with their exceptional skills and knowledge, have clearly elevated the wines to an even higher level of quality.
Produced from 3 exceptional terroirs (“La Crau”, le “Bois Sénéchal” and “Nalys”) the blend is dominated by Grenache (2/3) and Syrah (1/4). Muscardin and a touch of Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Vaccarèse and Terret Noir add to its complexity. Aged in vats and foudres, this is an elegant and punchy wine with seductive aromas of fresh fruits and sweet spices. The red Saintes Pierres de Nalys is a wonderful expression of a Châteauneuf-du-Pape with generous and ample tannins. Its subtle balance and aromatic purity mean that it can be enjoyed young, a blend of richness, freshness and length. Pair with an assortment of charcuterie, red meat grilled or cooked in a sauce (like a lamb stew or pečenje) or a platter of aged cheeses.
