Château Fleur Cardinale is a modern, organically farmed estate on the limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion, known for producing rich yet polished wines. The 2014 vintage, shaped by a classic late-season ripening, delivers balance, freshness, and precision, highlighting the estate’s Merlot-driven style with supporting Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

In the glass, it shows a deep ruby colour with slight garnet evolution. The nose is expressive and refined, with aromas of ripe plum, black cherry, and cassis, layered with notes of violet, cedar, and sweet spice. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with supple, well-integrated tannins and a fresh backbone; the fruit is generous yet controlled, leading to a long, elegant finish with hints of cocoa, liquorice, and mineral complexity.
