Već vijekovima postoji konsenzus među ljubiteljima vina da je Château d'Yquem najveće slatko vino na svijetu. Kao jedino imanje s oznakom Premier Cru Supérieur u prestižnoj apelaciji Sauternes, Château d’Yquem predstavlja vrhunac svoje klase. Svaka berba odražava beskompromisnu posvećenost kvalitetu, nudeći savršen balans raskoši, kompleksnosti i dugovječnosti.

Berba 2015. sadrži 144 grama po litru rezidualnog šećera, što je tek nešto manje od legendarne berbe 2001. godine... Ipak, s vremenom bi ovo vino moglo dokazati da je podjednako veliko i dugovječno.  Na nosu se ističu arome zrelog ananasa, zelenog manga, cvjetova narandže i limunskog tarta, uz suptilne note kore limete i jasmina. Svježina na nepcu je izuzetna, sloj po sloj tropskog voća vodi do izuzetno dugog završetka s blagim mineralnim prizvukom.  Izvanredno vino.

There has been a consensus for centuries among wine aficionados that Chateau d'Yquem is the greatest sweet wine in the world.  As the only estate to hold the Premier Cru Supérieur designation in Bordeaux's esteemed Sauternes appellation, Château d’Yquem represents the pinnacle of its class.  Each vintage reflects an unparalleled dedication to quality, showcasing a balance of opulence, complexity, and longevity.

The 2015 Yquem comes in at 144 grams per liter of residual sugar, just shy of the legendary 2001 vintage... though in time this wine may provide to be equally great and long-lasting.  On the nose are aromas of ripe pineapples, green mango, orange blossoms and lemon tart with hints of lime zest and jasmine. The freshness on the palate incredible, offering layer upon layer of tropical fruits, leading to a very, very long, mineral-tinged finish.  Exceptional.
