Château de Fieuzal is one of the key estates of Pessac-Léognan, set on deep gravel soils that give wines both aromatic complexity and a distinctive smoky-mineral signature. The 2019 vintage, from a warm and balanced year, is based predominantly on Cabernet Sauvignon, supported by Merlot, delivering a refined yet expressive interpretation of the appellation.

In the glass, it shows a deep ruby colour with violet reflections. The nose is elegant and layered, with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and dark cherry, complemented by notes of cedar, tobacco, graphite, and a subtle smoky nuance characteristic of the terroir. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with finely grained tannins and fresh acidity; the fruit is ripe and precise, leading to a long, structured finish with hints of spice, cocoa, and mineral depth.
