The nose is lively and aromatic, with aromas of citrus, grapefruit, and white peach, complemented by notes of fresh herbs, white flowers, and a subtle flinty edge. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with crisp acidity and a refined, textured mouthfeel; flavours of lemon, stone fruit, and gentle mineral tones lead to a long, clean finish marked by freshness, precision, and excellent drinkability.
