Cantemerle je popularan grand cru classé château iz južnog Médoca, smješten neposredno ispod sela Margaux. Uvijek pruža pouzdan kvalitet i odličan odnos cijene i vrijednosti.  Ova berba sastoji se od 68% Cabernet Sauvignona, 23% Merlota, 5% Cabernet Franca i 4% Petit Verdota. Na nosu je elegantno i svježe, s notama hladnog crnog voća, laganog kedra i kamfora, dok suptilna zrelost vinu daje očaravajuću intenzitet.  Imanje je uložilo značajna sredstva u modernizaciju tokom 1980-ih, a ti napori sada donose izuzetne rezultate... Ovo je, bez sumnje, najbolji Cantemerle u posljednje dvije decenije.

Cantemerle is a popular grand cru classé château from the southern Médoc, situated just below the village of Margaux. It always provides reliable quality and value for money.  The blend this vintage is 68% Cabernet Sauvignon, with 23% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot.  Fine and fresh on the nose with cool black fruit, light cedar and camphor, with an underlying ripeness that gives the wine a beguiling intensity.  The estate undertook some major investments in the 1980s and these are paying off beautifully now ... this is undoubtedly the best Cantemerle of the last two decades.
