Château Canon-Pécresse je malo imanje u apelaciji Canon-Fronsac, manje poznatom dijelu desne obale Bordeauxa, prepoznatom po krečnjačko-glinovitim zemljištima koja daju vina sa kombinacijom zrelosti, svježine i mineralnosti. Vinogradi su pretežno zasađeni sortom Merlot, uz dodatak Cabernet Franca, što rezultira vinima sa šarmom, dubinom i odličnim odnosom kvaliteta i cijene.

U čaši se pokazuje duboka rubin do granatna boja. Na nosu je izražajno i privlačno, sa aromama svježe kupine, cassisa i ljubičice, uz slojeve crne masline, sladića i diskretne zemljane mineralnosti. Na nepcu je srednjeg do punog tijela, mekano i obavijajuće, sa finim taninima i svježom mineralnom kičmom; završnica je glatka, uravnotežena i postojana, sa izraženom pitkošću i elegancijom.

Château Canon-Pécresse is a small estate in the Canon-Fronsac appellation, an under-the-radar Right Bank terroir known for its limestone and clay soils, producing wines that combine richness with freshness and mineral tension. The vineyard is planted predominantly to Merlot, often supported by Cabernet Franc, yielding wines of charm, depth, and excellent value.

In the glass, it shows a deep ruby to garnet colour. The nose is expressive and inviting, with aromas of fresh blackberry, cassis, and violet, layered with notes of black olive, liquorice, and a hint of earthy minerality. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, supple and enveloping, with fine tannins and a cool, mineral backbone; the finish is smooth, balanced, and persistent, offering both immediate appeal and underlying structure.
