Na nepcu je srednjeg do punog tijela, sa zaokruženom, ali preciznom teksturom i svježom kisjelinom; ukusi koštičavog voća, citrusa i suptilnih nota hrasta vode ka dugoj, harmoničnoj završnici sa kremastom, mineralnom notom.

Joseph Drouhin’s expression reflects a refined, terroir-driven style, balancing fruit purity with subtle oak influence and the characteristic breadth of the appellation.

In the glass, it shows a bright golden colour with green reflections. The nose is generous and complex, with aromas of ripe apple, pear, and white peach, layered with notes of citrus, white flowers, hazelnut, and a touch of butter and toast. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with a rounded yet precise texture and fresh acidity; flavours of stone fruit, citrus, and gentle oak lead to a long, harmonious finish with a creamy, mineral edge.
