Od čokota starih više od jednog vijeka, ukorijenjenih u laporastim (opoka), škriljavim i pješčanim zemljištima Goriških brda, ovaj Chardonnay predstavlja jedno od najdubljih bijelih vina vinarije.

Buket je bogat i profinjen, sa aromama cvijeta limuna, bijele breskve i zlatne šljive, složenim sa notama meda, orašastih plodova i blagim dodirom vanile. Na nepcu je koncentrisan i teksturiran, a ipak fino uravnotežen, sa ukusima zrele jabuke, Meyer limuna i nježnog bijelog cvijeća koje nosi živahna kisjelost i prepoznatljiva mineralna struktura.

Završetak je dug i graciozan, sa postojanim notama citrusa, suvog voća i suptilnog slanog tona. Poliran i dugovječan Chardonnay koji spaja dubinu, eleganciju i neponovljiv karakter opoka zemljišta Brda.

From century-old vines rooted in the marl (opoka), schist, and sandstone soils of Goriška Brda, this Chardonnay represents one of the estate’s most profound white wines.

The bouquet is rich and refined, with aromas of lemon blossom, white peach, and golden plum layered with hints of honey, nuts, and a touch of vanilla. On the palate it is concentrated and textural, yet finely balanced, showing flavours of ripe apple, Meyer lemon, and delicate white florals carried by vibrant acidity and a distinct mineral backbone.

The finish is long and graceful, with lingering notes of citrus, dried fruit, and a subtle saline edge. A polished, age-worthy Chardonnay that combines depth, elegance, and the unmistakable character of Brda’s opoka soils.
