Svijetlo žuti s notama zlata, ovaj šampanjac iz ekskluzivnih vinograda Premier Crua u Côte des Blancs: Mesnil sur Oger, Vertus i Chamery. Dominira Pinot Noir (80%) i balansiranim sa Chardonnay (20%), nudi vrlo kompleksan nos predvođen aromama bijelog voća, limuna, citrusa (narandža i mandarina) i Mirabelle šljive. Zaista divna struktura koja se sjajno uparila u našoj degustaciji sa tatakijem od crvene tune.

Light yellow with hints of gold, this Champagne from exclusively Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs: Mesnil sur Oger, Vertus and Chamery.  Dominated by Pinot Noir (80%) and balanced with Chardonnay (20%), it offers a very complex nose lead by aromas of white fruit, lemon, citrus fruits (orange and mandarin orange) and Mirabelle plum.  A truly wonderful structure that paired brilliantly in our tasting with a red tuna tataki.
