Produced by the historic Domaine Billaud-Simon, Chablis Premier Cru Vaulorent comes from one of Chablis' most prestigious Premier Cru vineyards, situated immediately beside the Grand Cru vineyards of Les Preuses and often regarded as the unofficial "eighth Grand Cru." Crafted exclusively from Chardonnay and vinified to preserve the purity of the fruit and the character of its Kimmeridgian limestone soils, it is a wine of exceptional precision, elegance and ageing potential.

Pale gold in colour with brilliant green reflections, the wine reveals refined aromas of fresh pear, citrus, white flowers and subtle smoky notes. The palate is beautifully structured, combining vibrant acidity with remarkable concentration, pronounced minerality and a distinctive saline character that leads to a long, refined finish.
