Blanchot je jedan od 7 Chablis vinograda koji su zajedno identifikovani kao Grand Cru. Ovo je strma istočna padina sa kamenitim tlom i poznata je po proizvodnji vina čvrste strukture i koncentrisanih aroma citrusa.

Sa flaširanjem  berbe 2019.  dobijamo vrlo impresivno i prilično impozantno vino. Dramatično i odvažno, ovo vino punog tijela (100% Chardonnay) ima i gustinu i pojačavajuću kiselost. Arome zemlje i kore citrusa prisutne su u širokoj, ekspanzivnoj teksturi, dok slane note dominiraju dugom završnicom. Ovo je vrlo otmeno vino i bilo bi savršeno uz većinu morskih jela, uključujući suši, dagnje, paellu ili pečenu ribu.

Blanchot is one of the 7 Chablis vineyards collectively identified as Grand Cru. This is a steep east-facing slope with stony soils and is known for producing wines with a firm structure and concentrated citrus flavors. 

With this 2019 bottling we have a very impressive and quite imposing wine.  Dramatic and bold, this full-bodied white (100% Chardonnay) has both density and bracing acidity. Aromas of earth and citrus peel are present in the broad, expansive texture while saline notes dominate the long finish.  This is a very classy wine and would be perfect with most seafood preparations, including sushi, mussels, paella, or baked fish.
