Josep Masachs je porodična vinarija smještena u brdima regije Vilafranca del Penedès, koja već više od 100 godina proizvodi vrhunska vina. Sa bogatom tradicijom koja datira iz 1920-ih, njihova vina nastaju s puno strasti i posvećenosti. Vinarija koristi isključivo autohtone sorte grožđa kako bi autentično izrazila karakter svakog vinograda. Linija vina “Chilling” je osmišljena za mlađu publiku i svakodnevne prilike, pod sloganom: „Učini izvanredno – svakodnevnim!“
Grožđe za ovo vino – Macabeo, Xarel-lo i Parellada – ručno se bere sa sopstvenih vinograda i svaka sorta se vinifikuje zasebno prije finalnog kupažiranja. Vino potom odležava najmanje 9 mjeseci na finom talogu u boci. Rezultat je svježe i izražajno vino s primarnim aromama zelene jabuke i kruške, uz nijanse orašastih plodova i svježe pečenog hljeba. Na nepcu se prepliću voćni ukusi i kompleksnost dobijena odležavanjem na talogu. Svježe, srednjeg tijela, sa lijepim balansom između kiselosti i voćne koncentracije.
Ova Kava ima savršenu ravnotežu suvoće, mjehurića i voćnosti – idealna je uz jela od povrća, škampe i školjke.
Josep Masachs is a family-run winery, based in the hills of the Vilafranca del Penedès region, that has been producing premium quality wine for over 100 years. With a rich history dating back to the 1920s, their wines are steeped in tradition and crafted with passion and dedication. The estate crafts its wines using only the finest native varieties, allowing them to express the unique characteristics of each area. "Chilling" is one of their casual, youth-oriented lines bottled under the moniker "Make the extraordinary, ordinary!"
The grapes for this wine (Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada) are hand-harvested from their own vineyards, vinified separately before bottling, with the bottles aged at least 9 months on the lees in the cellar. The resulting wine offers fresh and expressive primary aromas such as green apple and pear along with dried nuts and fresh baked bread notes. On the palate the primary fruity flavours combine with those from the ageing on lees. Fresh with medium structure, there is a good balance between the acidity and the fruit concentration.
This cava has the perfect balance of dryness, bubbles and fruit to enrich any dining experience. It is a is a fantastic choice to serve alongside veggies, shrimp and shellfish.
