This caramel liqueur is made from liquid cooking caramel, chosen for is richness and flavour.  Its appetizing amber colours, as well as its incomparable length in the mouth, produce a very elegant liqueur, perfect in the making of savoury cocktails.

On the nose the aromas are intense, with salty butter and brown sugar notes, and hints of custard and vanilla sugar.  In the mouth it is all elegance and finesse with no feeling of sugar, just remarkable purity.  This definitely adds a gourmet touch to desserts.
