Najbolja zrna iz Obale Slonovače lagano se prže i drobe, a zatim pažljivo obrađuju dalje u loncu da oslobode sve arome i ukuse kakaa. Dodatak konjaka unosi mekoću i strukturu ovom kakao brun likeru.

Masno i bogato na nepcu, sa notama svježeg putera, vanile i medenjaka, ono je bogato samo po sebi . Sjajan u mnogim koktelima, takođe dodaje gurmanski šmek desertima.

Cartron selects its cocoa beans from the Ivory Coast, the world’s leading producer renowned for the quality of its production still in the hands of small, traditional family farms. 

The best Ivory Coast beans are lightly roasted and crushed, then carefully processed in a pot still to liberate all of the aromas and flavours of the cocoa.  The addition of Cognac brings mellowness and structure to this Cacao Brun Liqueur. 

Unctuous and ample on the palate, with hints of fresh butter, vanilla and gingerbread, this is greedy and rich as liqueurs go.  Brilliant in many cocktails, it also adds a gourmet touch to desserts.
