Galantas predstavlja vrhunsku ekspresiju Cabernet Franca iz doline Maipo u Čileu. Vino koje na najbolji način izražava karakterističnu živost, eleganciju i finoću ovog jedinstvenog terroira. Grožđe dolazi sa organskih vinograda Haras de Pirque, smještenih na više od 700 metara nadmorske visine, gdje proces sazrijevanja značajno pomažu hladne noći u podnožju Anda.

Četiri odvojene parcele Cabernet Franc vinograda fermentišu se odvojeno, u inox tankovima i francuskim hrastovim bačvama, uz hladnu maceraciju prije fermentacije koja traje od tri do pet dana. Nakon fermentacije, koja se odvija pomoću divljih kvasaca, vino se prebacuje u francuske hrastove bačve zapremine 225 litara, gdje odležava četrnaest mjeseci. Finalno vino ima rubinsko-ljubičastu boju, a na nosu izražava note grafita uz arome tamnog bobičastog voća poput borovnica i kupina. Na nepcu je podatno, elegantno, svježe i prožeto mineralnošću. Završetak je dug, svjež i savršeno izbalansiran. Odlično se slaže sa bogatim mesnim jelima, punjenom pastom, zrelim sirevima i suhomesnatim proizvodima.

Galantas represents the maximum expression of Cabernet Franc from Chile's Maipo valley. A wine capable of expressing the characteristic vibrance, elegance, and finesse of this unique terroir. The grapes are sourced from Haras de Pirque’s organic vineyards, situated at more than 700 meters above sea level, where the ripening process is greatly assisted by the cool nights of the Andes foothills.

Four separate Cabernet Franc vineyard plots are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, with a cold, pre-fermentation maceration lasting from three to five days. After the fermentation, carried out using wild yeasts, the wine is placed into 225 litre French oak barrels where it aged for a period of fourteen months. The final wine is a ruby-purple in colour and the nose expresses notes of graphite along with such dark berry fruit as blueberries and blackberries. The palate is supple, elegant, fresh, and mineral-laced.  The finish is lengthy, fresh and well-balanced.  It is a perfect pairing with rich meat dishes, stuffed pasta, mature cheeses and charcuterie.
