Smješteno u surovim krečnjačkim brdima Castel del Monte u Apuliji, ovo sertifikovano organsko imanje pomoglo je da se region afirmiše kao jedan od najuzbudljivijih izvora vrhunskih vina u Italiji. Proizveden pretežno od sorte Cabernet Sauvignon uz mali dodatak Cabernet Franca, Locone spaja međunarodno prepoznatljiv karakter sorte sa svježinom, mineralnošću i mediteranskim identitetom koji definišu ovaj izuzetni terroir.

Duboke rubin-crvene boje, Locone 2022 otkriva izražene arome crne ribizle, šumskog bobičastog voća i tamne šljive, upotpunjene notama lavande, mediteranskog bilja i suptilnim nijansama vanile, pržene kafe i kakaa. Na nepcu je svjež, skladan i lijepo izbalansiran, sa svilenkastim taninima, zrelim tamnim voćem i slanim mineralnim karakterom koji odražava krečnjačka tla Castel del Montea. Elegantno prije nego snažno, ovo vino se odlično slaže uz jagnjetinu sa roštilja, govedinu, divljač, odležale sireve i mediteranska jela sa aromatičnim biljem.

Tenuta Bocca di Lupo is one of the flagship estates of the Antinori family in southern Italy. Located in the rugged limestone hills of Castel del Monte in Puglia, the organically certified estate has helped establish the region as one of Italy’s most exciting sources of premium wines. Produced Cabernet Sauvignon with a small amount of Cabernet Franc, Locone combines international varietal character with the freshness, minerality and Mediterranean identity that define this remarkable terroir.

Deep ruby red in colour, Locone 2022 reveals expressive aromas of blackcurrant, wild berries and dark plum, complemented by notes of lavender, Mediterranean herbs and subtle hints of vanilla, roasted coffee and cocoa. The palate is fresh, supple and beautifully balanced, with silky tannins, ripe dark fruit and a savoury mineral character that reflects the limestone soils of Castel del Monte. Elegant rather than powerful, it pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, beef, game, aged cheeses and Mediterranean dishes featuring aromatic herbs.
