    Domaines Ott By.Ott je profinjeni izraz provansalskog roséa iz jedne od najikoničnijih vinarija ove regije. Proizvedeno prvenstveno od grožđa iz vinograda oko Château de Selle i Clos Mireille, vino prenosi svježinu, eleganciju i mediteranski karakter po kojima je Domaines Ott poznat širom svijeta.

    U čaši pokazuje blijedu losos-roze boju sa sjajnim srebrnim odsjajima. Miris je živahan i nježan, sa aromama bijele breskve, roze grejpa, kajsije i crvenog bobičastog voća, slojevito povezanim sa suptilnim cvjetnim i citrusnim notama. Na nepcu je svježe, svilenkasto i predivno izbalansirano, kombinujući zrelo koštičavo voće sa živahnom kisjelinom, nježnom mineralnošću i blagim začinskim tonovima. Završetak je dug, čist i osvježavajući, obilježen elegancijom i profinjenošću Provanse.

    Izuzetno svestran rosé, podjednako pogodan kao aperitiv ili uz plodove mora, grilovanu ribu, mediteransku kuhinju, bijelo meso i suhomesnate proizvode.

     

    Domaines Ott By.Ott is a refined expression of Provence rosé from one of the region’s most iconic estates. Produced primarily from vineyards surrounding Château de Selle and Clos Mireille, the wine captures the freshness, elegance, and Mediterranean character that have made Domaines Ott internationally renowned.

    In the glass, it shows a pale salmon-pink colour with brilliant silver reflections. The nose is vibrant and delicate, revealing aromas of white peach, pink grapefruit, apricot, and red berries, layered with subtle floral and citrus notes. The palate is fresh, silky, and beautifully balanced, combining ripe stone fruit with lively acidity, gentle minerality, and a touch of spice. The finish is long, clean, and refreshing, marked by finesse and Provençal elegance.

    An exceptionally versatile rosé, equally suited to aperitif service or pairing with seafood, grilled fish, Mediterranean cuisine, white meats, and charcuterie.
